Cancellation Policy
By booking The Cohort Experience, you are making a commitment to yourself and to the community of peers in this experience. We value the integrity of the group dynamic and the nature of our 6-week framework. 1. Commitment and Attendance This is a cohort-based experience. Success is dependent on your participation and presence. By enrolling, you commit to attending each session and engaging in the weekly practice assignments. 2. Cancellation and Refunds We understand that professional schedules can shift. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your enrollment, you must provide written notice at least 7 days before the start date of the cohort to receive a full refund. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are nonrefundable, as your spot has been reserved and prepared for within the limited capacity of the cohort. Program Start: Once the program begins, no refunds will be issued for withdrawals, as the value of the cohort experience is tied to your participation throughout the full 6-week duration. 3. Performance Guarantee If for any reason I must cancel or reschedule a cohort session, you will be notified immediately, and I will ensure the content is delivered via an alternative format or make up session.
