Why Does Change Feel So Difficult?
It’s Not a Lack of Willpower; It’s a Worn-Out Playbook
You have built a career of success by pushing yourself. It is natural to assume that same grit will fix your physical and mental fatigue, but the harder you try to force it, the more elusive the result becomes.

You are waking up tired, fighting the afternoon energy crash, and struggling to sustain the mental clarity you need to perform at your best.

It is not your lack of willpower. You are simply running a worn-out playbook.

The same strategies that built your early success do not work the same way in this stage of your life. The demands on your time have shifted, and the brute force method you have relied on is now outdated.
Stop using the same old playbook.

Sustainable change is possible, but only once you stop relying on willpower and start using a proven system.
Meet Steve Fiore
Stress, fatigue, and a lack of energy became my daily routine. For a long time, I accepted those feelings as normal.

My own turning point started on a vacation 22 years ago where my wife and I noticed a positive change in our one-year-old son's demeanor simply by changing his food. That observation began a journey of curiosity as we learned new ways to feel better, both physically and mentally.

I built Rooted in Curiosity to share the exact approach and system that helped me regain physical energy and mental clarity, so you can experience the same benefits.

My approach is rooted in 30 years as a technology sales and customer success executive, an adjunct professor, mentor, and a TEDx speaker. I bring that same executive rigor to the personal systems I teach today.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and hiking with my wife, Mary Beth, and three children, Matthew, Michael, and Emma.

The Rooted in Curiosity Framework
Rooted in Curiosity is a structured framework designed to help you treat your physical health and mental clarity with intention.

By applying a disciplined approach to your personal well-being habits, you will move from reactive cycles to a continuous, sustainable pattern of personal growth. Together, we will build a system of experimentation and measurement that starts where you are and guides you to where you want to be.

Your transformation begins with a curious mindset and applies an intentional and methodical approach to creating sustainable change in your physical health and mental clarity.

You bring the curiosity, and I provide the system to turn those observations into lasting change.
